Can you buy PUL at an IRL store?

Does anyone know if there are any fabric chain stores that carry PUL?

As far as I know, and from what I've read here, the answer is "No". You can only get PUL from online sources. Bummer, isn't it.

Nope, you can sometimes find a polyurethane coated raincoat fabric at JoAnn's - I used it once on an AIO - the shiny side is coating the print side so it's kind of plasticy but it did work. It wasn't nearly as durable though, the laminiate was peeling after a few months.
