I have very limited cutting/sewing time these days. My brain functions are also pretty limited. :LOL I want to make an apron top and see how i like them, but don't have a pattern. I was thinking it would be pretty simple to make a big rectangle with straps at the shoulders and then put a drawstring or tie through a casing all the way across just under the bust line. However, I'm not good at visualizing these things. Would this look ridiculous? Is there another easy way to do this? I thought a big rectangle would work until I remembered that I have breasts and wouldn't know where/how to place darts to get the best fit. Anyway, any tips or pictures or links would be great.
