Where can I find PUL?

I have been to EVERY fabric store my grandma suggested, and some that I justh append to see from the road. NO ONE has heard of PUL or any type of waterproof fabric...and I am almost 34 weeks pregnant and have ZERO cloth pads...HELP ME!!

PUL seems to be something you can only buy online.
Sounds like you need it pretty quickly, but if you decide you want more later and can afford to wait a little there are tons of co-ops out there.
I know that there's one closing Aug 15th at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cradledincloth/
