WHat do you do when your diaper is too big for you're FOE?!?!
Meaning you don't have enough FOE? Well you can piece the foe together of you have more. If you haven't started sewing the foe on yet you could use microfleece instead. But if your completely out of foe you only have two options: rip it all out and start over sewing either serge or t&t or you could just set it aside and wait until you get more foe.

no i have tons of yardage but my diaper is to thick for it to go around the edge! I've got 270 yards of this stuff and it dosen't seem to want to fold over the edge

Hmmmm. I've never had that problem. Even when using windpro instead of pul. I would guess that your using too many layers in the body. What are you doing exactly?

recovering an old beat up diaper by adding new fabric to inside/outside

Will it fit around, but not sew around. If so, maybe you could sew one side down, wrap it around & then sew the other side down.

You could always sew on some regular elastic, where you need it to be stretchy, then cover the elastic and the edges up with a strip of fleece, however wide you need it.

Ok this is what I did and it worked. I CAREFULLY sewed two peices of elastic togeather so that it was like tri-fold. I let the middle fold be the 'crease' and the two edges work like normal

Cool! I'm glad that you figured out something that would work with what you had on hand!
