Meaning you don't have enough FOE? Well you can piece the foe together of you have more. If you haven't started sewing the foe on yet you could use microfleece instead. But if your completely out of foe you only have two options: rip it all out and start over sewing either serge or t&t or you could just set it aside and wait until you get more foe.

Hmmmm. I've never had that problem. Even when using windpro instead of pul. I would guess that your using too many layers in the body. What are you doing exactly?
You could always sew on some regular elastic, where you need it to be stretchy, then cover the elastic and the edges up with a strip of fleece, however wide you need it.
Ok this is what I did and it worked. I CAREFULLY sewed two peices of elastic togeather so that it was like tri-fold. I let the middle fold be the 'crease' and the two edges work like normal
