Fess Up--If ANYONE know I was a fan of . . . - Page 4

Anna Anna Anna Anna Anna Nicole. She's so outrageous.

And that Bobby Trendy. What an odd little person.

It's like a real life Beverly Hillbillies. Altho I understand they are coming out with a new, I think "reality", version of that too.

I do feel sorry for Anna's son tho.

What about her date with the millionaire? Could she have been any ruder and more clueless? She asks for A1 sauce at a Japanese grill! She doesn't get enough to eat there at the restuarant her date chose for her, so orders a whole plate of ribs at the cowboy bar!

The sad thing is, he seemed to really like her and want another date. She is sooooo vacant...I just don't get it. And, when she gets mad..! It's hilarious!

I have never seen the loveline tv show, just the radio show. It is on the "new rock" style station weeknights at 10pm till midnight.

I haven't listened to it it in like a year now except little snatches here and there. I have never heard them make fun or rape or abuse or anything so horrible, I have however heard some of their guests be awful (the lead singer frrom insane clown posse comes to mind here). That said I think they are often brutally honest with people and they get it wrong sometimes too. They can come off as cruel or stupid, but I don't think they are evil or anything. They give decent advice more often than not, and where else can a teenager call to ask someone about the strange bump on their penis ???

I cannot believe I'm going to admit this in public...only my DH knows and it HORRIFIES him... but...

I think Howard Stern is hilarious.

Oh, I feel so at home...

These true confessions, making me feel so *abnormal among abnormals*!!

I, too, love Polka music (I've got a great wedding dance story about how I almost lost my strapless dress....) ~ I think because it's the only dance I'm built to do well
Yep, I watched the (second) Bachelor I was really, really rooting for Brooke I love the Osbournes! and I've been watching Anna lately, mostly because I'm trying to figure out what the heck that girl is on ~ Thorazine?? Used to love, love, love to watch Change of Heart with DH. (Imagine yourself with a braintumor while watching, it's a million times funnier!) I think Howard is funny While I thank heavens daily he's not in my life! and I wanna be Martha Stuart/Mary Engelbreit when I grow up! Ain't gonna happen, but I like to dream big!

Yeah loveline wasn't all that cool with me, but it was a long time ago, and I really shoulda known what I was getting into calling anyways!

A friend of mine has actually met and spoke at length to Anna Nicole, and says she really is as burnt out as she seems on the show. I watched two episodes, one where she has to go to the dentist and I feel for the woman! I hate dentist visits too (but I've got myself a nice compassionate dentist now... shes nice. Except she keeps telling me to wait til I'm 30 to have kids!)!!

Ok, I've got another bad (silly) confession! I watch comedy central's Man Show! (hey that has Adam in it too!). I started watching cuz Dh did, and occasionally the jokes bug me, but they are so OVER the TOP most of the time you know they can't be serious. I also read Maxim and Stuff (kinda like Cosmo for guys), those magazines have some interesting, weird articles, and I'm all for learning about weird facts (speaking of that I need to go buy some more of the bathroom reader books!!)

There is a great show on Discovery called Perfect Partner, does anyone watch it? It is cheesy and great. It is an English show that they just started here. There are 2 eps on every day at 4pm (errrr, not that I watch it or anything...!)

I also like Boston Public, but prefered the first season. I LOVE The Amazing Race and want the older brothers to win. The old couple can bog off and Flo the moaner needs to leave cutie Zach alone. Ok, rant over

I love all kind of insane music...

The other day I was listening to the sex pistols at work (comic book store) and another lady mentioned what crazy music they listened at those sort of places and how do I deal with it for hours at a time...I had to admit it was mine..LOL..but what planet did she grow up on anyways?? not exactly new stuff...:

My fav right now is Soul Coughing..

I LOVE the Sex Pistols - I'm 35, so you're ok!

I LOVE Nigela Bites - She makes food look soooo sexy! Heck, she could make Liver and Onions and I'd watch with my mouth watering!

She's so sexy and womanly!

i didn't know i was supposed to be embarassed about being obsessed w/ Loveline! & i don't consider it "irritainment" either (great term!)... i think Adam Carolla is a GENIUS! Mt. Dew SHOULD make people sterile! You SHOULD hire a drifter to kill your childmolesting stepfather! Teenagers who feel like they need to tell their parents about their bisexuality ARE pissed off at them for something & trying to get back at them! i laugh out loud like i'm totally deranged (because i'm sitting here alone in my living room usually) while listening to that show, without fail... i wrote completely despondant letters to the local radio station here when they moved Loveline from a live time slot to the middle of the night when i couldn't hear it. Then i found an online station out of San Diego that had it on live. My routine is completely disrupted when i can't hear that show! & they totally do not make fun of people who are raped (i don't know where anyone got that impression, although i think they have let that a*hole from Insane Clown Posse get away w/ way too much when he's a guest... i can't even listen when he's on). i think i love Adam so much (& i LOVE him... i mean, i have even been known to watch the Man Show ) because i have affection for very abrasive, outspoken people, who make broad, general statements... i love Fran Liebowitz too ("smoking is one of the main pleasures of being a grown up")... & David Sedaris...
