Why the heck are Dr's so interested in your sex life?

I saw an OB today to discuss my next TTC cycle (ok, more like, how do we keep me pregnant) and he kept asking if I had a male or female partner and he just couldn't seem to fathom my answer "I don't have a partner". Perhaps I should have told him "I'm my own sexual partner"? :LOL He just could not believe I'm not sexually active with someone, anyone!

He'd be really shocked if he asked me..... I haven't had sex this year! Sexually active.... what's that?!? :

:LOL This year? The horror! I've had it like once in the last 6 years, doesn't bother me one bit but I have different needs I'd die without my snuggles and caresses though

*cough* Next time tell your OB/GYN that your sex partner is Mr Vibrator or something like that.
