Can I stop at 4 years old?

My 4 year old dd is due for her check up. I dropped some forms off for them to fill out for preschool and they informed me by Oct 2005 she will need her 4 year shots. I do not plan to do anymore. My 1 year old is vaccinated through 2 months. The doc thinks I am still researching. Can I just stop like that with dd? Can I use the religious exemption? I am in Georgia. I wish I could just figure out what forms I need to have along with a copy of the Ga law and be done with it. Its confusing to me to know which forms I need.

Can I really claim a religious exemption based on my own personal beliefs and not a real religion? That just seems too easy. We will be homeschooling so I am not worried about the ps system but I just want to have everything I need in case I ever have to defend myself. Should I take a copy of my exemption form to the doctors office? I wish this was not such a battle.

Thanks!!!

My state has a Personal exemption, a religious exemption and a medical exemption. I have always claimed personal exemption rather than go down the road of trying to tie it to religious beliefs.
However you can stop vaxing at any time.
The problem is school entrance. For my schools the school provided the form and I just signed it, no problem. I dont know about your state but I would start by telling the school that you just need the exemption form. And see if they have it or can tell you where to get it.
I guess the problem is that it is always the parents decision whether or not to vax. However the state can make it difficult if you want to use the school system.

Yes you can stop anytime. There is no such thing as 'finishing a series'. You can always do more....you can't take them back.

I'd file an exemption with the preschool. See what your state offers. Check the stickies at the top of the page. Religious , philosophical , or medical (extremely hard to get).
