Are there any plans for Friday?

My ability to participate will totally depend on how exhausted I am from Thursday. I have a stupidly busy day that starts before 7am tomorrow.

I could be in for Friday. I'll offer this place, but you seriously have no idea how filthy it is.

I should be in, my preference is to have it on this side of the harbour, as I am carless, and lack experience at taking young children on the bus... I don't think I'm up for hosting this week though.

So, any thoughts on tomorrow? Anyone?
We're in. If anybody wants to come here I could host, just be aware that since it's a last minute decision I haven't done any special cleaning (fortunately I'm not too embarassed about the state of things right now).

Yay! We'll be there! See you soonish.

I think we'll miss--it's been a slow morning, and I still haven't had breakfast!

Hey, that sounds like a much better morning than the last time I saw you!

Yes, better than Monday, but not by much!

I'd like to host this coming Friday. Hope that's okay.

This totally sucks. Rachel has a fever and is lying around saying she doesn't feel well and acting listless. We were all looking forward to Callum's birthday and have his present wrapped and everything.

I hope everybody else has a great time!

Oh no! I hope she feels better soon. We'll miss you, and I'll save you some cake... though I'm not sure how well it turned out. I tried a recipe Sean found online, and I think it came out kinda 'crunchy'. Maybe icing will soften it up... we'll see.

I've just convinced Grace to wake up, so we're going to have breakfast then we'll be on our way. See you soon!

Do you mean crunchy like potato chips, or crunchy like you and me?

Potato chips... but there are no potatoes in the cake this time. The recipe called for oil, and I should have known better, I've never been able to get cakes to turn out right using oil (with the exception of carrot cakes)... I should have substituted butter. Ah well, I'm sure it will be fine.
