I'd love to host this coming Friday, if you'd like to come to Dartmouth. The house is sold! And sort-of still tidy...


well, there are places to sit, anyway!

However, Saturday, 2:30PM or thereabouts people are welcome to come by to dye the playsilks (or if you've already done them, and have something else you want to dye, feel free to do that too).
For anyone who hasn't done them before, it's recommended that they be prewashed before dyeing.
Charlene, can I stop by sometime tomorrow afternoon/evening to pick up your niddy noddy?

Hi guys, sorry I didn't make it this morning. I way overslept. Just as well, when I woke up and started my day I discovered that the kids bathing suits were in the dirty laundry which isn't going to work for tonight's swimming party (whoops!) and I needed to bake a cake. Sigh.

Sort of annoyed because Phil swore up and down that he would do all the work for Cam's early birthday party, yet who called to make the arrangements? Who will be heading out in a moment to pick up the McDonald's gift cards we're giving out in lieu of treat bags? Who just made a cake? Who is going to end up doing all the damn work? Me.

Who's napping in the chair while I take care of this? Phil. :

Hi Everyone,

Since I'll be missing Friday morning, I thought I'd offer an extra morning here on Thursday (tomorrow) morning. If it's nice out, we can sit in the backyard

Hey Cate, I know I said last night I might be up for it, but I woke up at 7am completely stuffed up and having a hard time getting air. I'm ok now (took another puffer shot) and got more sleep (in fact my chest feels almost normal).

Did anyone else make it over?

No worries Lesley, turns out that it was for the best that no one made it over, as I had a pretty rough morning here that day.

So, who's up for knitting this week? Jenna's at camp every morning this week... so I'll only have one kid with me, and I'll have to leave a bit early in order to go get her. Thoughts anyone?
