help with making a new highchair cover

Ds2 had a poop puke fest yesterday while I was in the shower...the highchair cover in not savable...it was the original yucky vinyly plastic not sure what it is type with the foam padding. I thought I had cleaned it throurghly but today ds1 sat in it to do some painting when he stood up...you guessed it EWWWW.

So now I need to make a new one. I am not going to touch the old one anymore than I have to. As soon as I get more garbage bags tonight it's going in the trash. So how do I make a new one?

assuming you don't want to take the old one out, spray it off outside and start with that.

Yeah I'm not touching that thing again the foam padding inside is completly saturated. EWWW
