I think it was that close b/c the wording bit. Think about it... it could mean either

a) Yes, it should be regulated. Women have the right to breast feed and we need regulations in place to protect it.

b) No, it shouldn't be regulated. Women have the right to breast feed anywhere.

I emailed the address posted to state that I thought the wording was poor and the person actually emailed me back as well as several others who I guess sent a similar email. She said she's going to be writing a story on it and wants real people's perspective on it. Let's hope it will be positive. up

FYI according to the newspaper lady the poll referred to legislation either to protect or prohibit BFIP so just poorly planned imho. Let's see what her story says.
