Holy Cow! Sounds like the Dry Spell is over.

Wasn't QueenMommy just saying we were having a dry spell? I guess that seems to have passed. Now it feels like everyones having their baby but me! WAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH! Boy does that sound selfish of me. I AM really genuinely happy for you all, but it is 4:30 in the morning and I am cranky b/c I can't sleep. Of course my DS (22 months) is sleeping for the first time throughout the night because his last molar just popped through. Figures, that I can't sleep.

I'm about 10 days post EDD and I don't even feel like I'm even close.

COME JOIN MY PITY PARTY!!!! :

Yep, I totally need a poutin' and stompin' around smiley.

Woke up this morning totally depressed that it hasn't happened yet.

I don't want to slip into depression because that doesn't seem a good way to start my birthing time. If you feel it, you gotta feel it and not squash the feeling away. I'm just saying that I don't want to go there if I can help it.

So, I've been focussing on the positive -- spending alone time with DH, getting in one possible final visit to my parents before I'm a parent, eating at our favorite buffet, meditating, laying around in bed snoozing, catching a movie. Just trying to enjoy all I can -- given my current exhaustion level! -- before the bean arrives and changes life as I know it!

In a sense, I'm right there with ya as far as pity and impatience go. I feel like EVERYone has had a baby except me! :LOL But I know my time will come and she will come when she's ready to be here.

Also, my "due" date is 8-17 based on LMP and it won't surprise me a bit if I go longer because the conception occurred later...

Yeah no kidding has the dry spell stopped!

I guess the rest of us are waiting for that full moon this week I know I am!!! Anytime after Monday is a-okay with me

No kidding about the dry spell being over. I checked last night and there were like 4 or 5 new babies!
I , too , go from feeling positive to feeling disappointed and anxious about baby coming ( sometimes in the same hour ).
I am trying to keep busy too and it works sometimes. I went to a wedding last night and spent about 5 hours not thinking at all about the baby coming. Today is a rainy, cooler , lazy Sunday and I can't stop thinking about baby's arrival.
Let's all go on the full moon!!!

Lol, I was going to say the same thing. We've had a baby explosion here. I just wish it would rub off on the rest of us!
