i went to a big family bbq last weekend ther was about 60 family members it was at my aunts home happy to say she bf all 3 kids

there is alote of people on uncles side of the family who wasent for bf so out of respect becouse i wasent at my home i went inside or to the river to bf ds witch i must say was very relaxing ,,

my aunt noticed i was running away to bf ds she came to get me and told me to bf ds outside and she told me to not feel uncomfortable if anyone dident like it the yard was big they could go somewhere else so i got to bf ds at the bbq im just so proud ds is 8m and usually doesent nip anymore so i was so happy to do it thats my story thank u for reading

Good for you!! Family is a major place children learn about breastfeeding so you are doing the future generations a favor!! My ds is two and a half and has slowed down on his NIP requests but the whole first two years, we were nursing all over the place!!

That's great! Family can be so hard to NIP with for some reason. I think it's because if they disagree we can't just give them a dirty look and leave or fight for our rights. They're family and we're STUCK with them!
