I'm going to the chiro for an adjustment today. Wondering if she can do anything to aid prodromal labor? anyone know?

In what way do you want to be "aided?"
A chiropractor can't make you start or stop labor. The only thing chiropractic really can do (which is big) is to release your body's innate wisdom so that your body functions the way it was intended and designed, at 100% of its potential. It does this by removing interference (subluxation) to the nervous system, which is the master control system of the entire body.
That being said, there are certain areas of the spine where the nerve roots come out that go directly to your reproductive area (in your low back). But those nerve roots are part of the spinal cord even at the top of your neck and can be affected there as well. So although there are some generalizations on subluxations at certain areas of the spine affecting certain parts of the body's physiology, a subluxation at any area could affect any other area in the body because of the intricacies of the nervous system and biomechanics of the spine.
Probably not exactly what you wanted to hear... you wanted yes or no
But the truth is that chiropractors don't heal anything... we just remove interference and allow the body to heal itself.

You can ask your chiro about accupressure points though! Mine told me about some yesterday that can help release tension and aid in an easier labor. Several of the ones she showed me were sooooo tender, so I'm sure I've got some tension there! I didn't dare 'play' with them yesterday as I was having some good contractions and Baby I's parents aren't here until today! Soooo no helping labor along last night. And whew...still here.
Being 'well adjusted' when labor begins should also allow your body to work at 100% potential!
I know I feel absolutely fabulous this pregnancy and I've been going at least 2x a week the entire pregnancy.
