Well, the nausea has definately kicked in, but I found the more frequently I eat, the better I feel (just queasy, instead of 'gaggy'). So far I have eaten:
Breakfast: 2 small pieces whole grain rye toast with marg, an apple, and half-caff coffee (I know I have to give it up, but I am weaning slowly

) with Silk soy coffee whitener.
Snack: 3 homemade cookies (I just made up the recipe and *love* it -- I use whole wheat flour, 2 eggs, pumpkin seeds and raisins, so they are kind of like a trail-mix cookie, with lots of protein and nutrients).
Lunch: leftover vegan lasagna, and a glass of club soda and cranberry juice with a squeeze of lime

, then a big bowl of Rice Dream Cookies 'n' Dream ice cream.
Dinner: I don't know yet. Probably something simple, because after 'feeding my nausea' during the day, I usually just want something simple at night. Maybe a rice and veggie curry.
Oh, and I am drinking as much water as possible through the day -- it is so muggy and humid. Blech!
