Can someone help me remember a quote?

There was a really great qupte someone had in their sig last year sometime about changing formula to make it more like breastmilk, and I can't remember it for the life of me. Can anyone tell me the quote and who said it? Thanks a bunch!!

Is it my old one you are thinking of? It said "Changing the ingredients of formula and claiming it's now more like breastmilk is like turning your oven down from 350F to 250F and saying, "There, now it's more like a refrigerator!"
