I see all gods and goddesseses as facets of the same power.

Yeah, you had to know I'd vote that too. Arduinna, you have been busy today.

My 2 cents!

All are facets of the One.

All of the above?

I believe in universal life force . Woo woo!

Seriously, I believe in just about anything deity-wise. God/Goddess as a metaphor/myth/legend, nature, you name it. I just don't believe in how some people choose to interpret things.

Tough choices!! I went with Creator & gods, goddesses who work for him... just because it's an easier mental image for me and one that is incredibly simple to explain to my kids... they know God means The Creator (not necessarily the white haired *Moses-looking* Guy I grew up thinking about) and they are beginning to learn, with me, the dieties that we can speak to about specific issues ~ i.e. Thanking Diana for the full moon

I voted for a Goddess only, because that's truly how I relate, even though I almost chose something that sounded more "inclusive". What comes naturally to me really is a deeply felt intuitive connection to the Goddess, sometimes felt as one being, sometimes as different facets (such as Maiden, Mother and Crone). I guess I could have voted for "all are facets of the One", it's just that for me the One is the Goddess.

A--

I see you started another thread, for concepts of diety. Trying to attract Xtians, Jews and others? We are One.

Why is there never a choice of c & e and sometimes a?

Basically, I feel there is a one creating energy that has many facets. The Goddess as M,M & C is strongest for me

I voted "other", because I think that whatever you believe in exists for you. So I really agree with all of them, but none of them, if ya kwim?

I do believe in a force or energy, but also in seperate deities. I don't do the all are one as in interchangable. No "they all are the same deity just called by different names in different cultures".
But all can be one if it's defined as made of the same material.

I must admit that my opinion is changing a bit overtime.

I voted all Gods and Goddess are seperate. I used to think they were representations of one energy, but I do not feel that way anymore. I do think however that there is some force that links everything together. I also feel that gods of the same qualities are the same but have different names in different places.

i voted that all are representations of one. i'm in the middle of 'many lives, many masters' so my thoughts on this are evolving... so fascinating.
