40 weeks today!

I can't believe that I made it this far! I'm now almost 2 weeks past my previous longest PG. My body is starting to fall apart - I guess I can't complain that it took so long. My back hurts, my hips hurt, I have HORRIBLE hemorrhoids, I'm tired, etc. But the strangest thing is that I'm not 'done'. I am ready to meet this baby but I don't mind still being PG! Anyway just had to share with someone! I'm trying to figure out when to start more aggressive induction stuff (black and blue cohosh for example) I need to find out what would happen if I went past 42 weeks w/ the BC that I'm going to closing and all.

Congrats on 40 weeks! It's 10 days until I'm "due" and have never been this pregnant before (ds was induced at 38 weeks). Like you, I'm starting to get a little back or hip pain here or there, but I really don't feel "done" at all.

Here's to pregnancy! Here's to babies coming! Here's to being able to birth at your BC!

Congrats on 40 weeks!

That's stressful about the BC closing. You seem pretty relaxed, though, so that's good.

How are your lips falling apart? I couldn't quite picture that one.

I've definitely slowed down from before. Just a week ago I was walking and walking. Well, I took a few days off and was it ever hard to get back to it. I think the key is not to take a day off.

I'm working from home more and that has helped, because I can shift positions more often and my body is a lot less sore when I can do that. I guess I'll keep working until the pressure waves start.
