I just thought of another cool thing that was in my dd's art based preschool classroom. If you can find an old record turntable at a thrift store, on freecycle or something like that there are endless possibilities with it. She used to bring home paper plates that they painted, colored, glittered or whatever while the turntable was spinning. Just poke a hole in the middle of the plate and stick it on like you would a record. All of the kids thought it was a fun thing, there was always a line at that particular table.
