My surro baby has arrived! :)

Charlotte Marie arrived yesterday at 1:50 on 8/17.

Fabulous, easy nearly painfree birth. Labored with my water intact until the last minute. Pushed with one contraction and she was out!

7 lbs 10 oz.

We're still at the hospital as mama is getting help with nursing. She was inducing lactation and using the SNS and pumped milk is hard work for mom and baby to learn! Going home tomorrow. Will write a birth story later when I don't have this beautiful babe to play with!

Congrats on the baby. Glad she waited for her new mom and dad to get here. That is so cool that the mom is trying to breastfeed.
