sling and mama pad patterns

Could some of you experienced crafters out there share with me your favorite patterns for slings and mama pads (that i can either see online or purchase)? I want to benefit from your knowledge of which ones work and which don't. I am mostly interested in pouch style slings, but any thing will do. and as for mama pads, I like 'em long.... if you know of any, throw 'em my way!

I just made up a few mama pads from the new conceptions pattern available at diaper shop and I'm happy with them so far. hth

the mama pad pattern on Jan Andrea's site is good. this is another great pattern. cloth pad pattern and instructions . They're both free aptterns you can print out and use.
