but my water just broke about five minutes ago. No ctx yet. I had just peed so I know I didn't pee myself! There were bits of plug too. I'll let you know (hopefully) when things start happening!

Looks like your little one may be more competitive than mine...maybe this will get things going for me! The race is still on...

Good luck!

Ohhhh, good luck! Now, go lay down and rest up for the journey ahead of you. When you get up, eat something, then go lie down again.

Happy, healthy, peaceful, gentle birthing vibes being sent your way.

Oh - and don't even think about forgetting all about us once you cross over to the "other side." We'll want details and photos, but mostly just to know that you're all right.

Thanks ladies! I put on a pad because I have to get some things done that I had already planned on doing anyway, like vacuuming in our bedroom where I plan on having this kid, and I'd better do it while I can. I've already soaked one pad. I will take a nap.

The cool thing is last night I dreamed my water broke.

The not-so-cool thing is my disabled FIL is with us since last night bc we were supposed to have a home visit from the VA field investigator tomorrow a.m., so it figures it would happen today. Now somebody's gotta come get him and take him to his sister's (1-1/2 hours away).

But I'm OK with it... it will work out!

How wonderful for you!

I am excited for much less of a good reason -- I lost my mucous plug last night. I know that probably means nothing, but right now anything that shows any progress feels better than the waiting...

Good laboring!!! Can't wait to hear the story!!!

Woo-hoo! Can't wait to "meet" your beautiful little one. Had some spotting over here last night and lots o' cramps today. We will all have our little ones soon!
I am so excited for you!

YEah! It is so exciting to hear about everyone making progress. Nothing going on here. So I will live vicariously through every other birth!

Wow! Hopped on to see if you'd had your babe yet, and find you in process.. Cool! By the time I get another chance to check in, you'll probably have posted your birth story, but good luck & congrats just the same...

just an update to say that I'm getting good strong ctx, although not extremely regular... every 20-40 minutes... enough that I didn't get much of a nap! I am getting annoyed waddling around with a towel between my legs but I'm too antsy to sit still.

Hi! I'm not in this due date group, but happened to see your post. I will be thinking of you & I hope all goes well!
Good luck! I would keep moving around anyway.

Yeah!!! Keep moving, but also try to rest up.

You'll need your strength. Go Mama!
