ds one week weight check was today and he has gained 7oz! I was hoping he'd be up to birth weight but am just so happy he's gaining well.

I think I must birth them small and then chunk them up on my cream! dd was the same way, born fairly small at 6-13 and then did some major chunking up

That's great! My boys are the same way. I like to think of them sucking the fat off of my body and putting it to better use! :LOL GO babies, go!

Way to go Mama! Ds was born at 6lb4oz and was 20 pounds at 4 months - gotta love that cream!

Yeah! Henry goes in next week and I can't wait to see how much he weighs!

DD2 had a check up today so I had Henry weighed. He was 8/6 at birth and they didn't tell me his discharge weight, but last Thursday he was 7/14. Today he was 8/9!!! Couldn't believe it

Wow, 7 oz is great. My little guy is 9 days and still have 4 oz to make birth weight. We are having problems nursing so I am not surprised! Luckily I haven't taken him to see a doc so I don't have to worry about them getting all freaked out!

Good going Mom! My babe is loosing instead of gaining but I'm hoping with his jaw strengthening that he'll nurse more and get more strength and get on up to birth weight.

Glad to hear it's going well!! I went to the ped's yesterday, babe was 11 days old, (but only one day out of hospital) and had lost 4 oz so we're going back on Monday, I"m assuming he's done well by then.

Yes doesn't that "putting Mama's fat to good use" feel good??? yaaaay!!
