Hello all!
I haven't been around since the end of July because Elias Jacob (Eli) decided to come early.
He was born on July 24, three days before my birthday. He was 8lbs. 1.5 oz. and 21.5 in. He is doing great BFing and is 10lbs already.
My home birth was great. had an 11 minute second station. He came really fast. Ended up with a 4th degree tear so had to go to the hospital for the repair.
My Mom just left yesterday after being here for 5 weeks. So today is my first full day with no help. I have managed to set off the smoke detector so far.
Tomorrow is our first trip out with just me and the kids. Eli does not like his car seat so we will see how that goes!
