Intercourse question

So.. after almost two weeks of me hardly even making out with df, I told him to just masturbate.. He asked me to join in, and I obliged.. hoping an O would make me feel better. I ended up being more turned on than I thought I would be, and we tried having sex.

It hurt worse than when I lost my virginity.

Does anyone know whats going on? He's supportive, and isn't pushing me to have sex with him, but I can tell he is very frustrated... as my leg gets humped in the middle of the night while he is completely sound asleep and sometimes he whimpers when I push him away.

Well, I know that when I'm pg I need to use a lot more lube than normally. Even if I feel moist the fluid seems to dry up immediatly. Also, with my last pg my sexdrive came & went throughout. some weeks I couldn't get enough and others the mere thought repulsed me. If that's not quite the problem, I would ask your care provider.

I would also assume it's most likely a dryness issue. Have you tried using lub? I know that lots of women in pregnancy have to use lub even if they didn't have to pre-pregnancy.

Poking in from March 06.....are you taking (vaginal) progesterone supplements? My friend used them her whole first trimester, and they seemed to make her cervix very, very sensitive to being bumped. Sorry to say, but for her the experience went on through the whole pregnancy. For her, position could sometimes help matters.

If you can't find a comfortable position or lubricant, you could always try the "old school" methods of being involved with him...hands or mouth, I mean. I know it's ridiculous to ask a pregnant woman (especially in her first trimester) to use her mouth, but later on it might be a possibility.

Poor guy, and poor you! I guess you could just consider this practice for the six weeks of no sex post labor, huh?
