As far as having one circ'ed and one intact ds is concerned, I'd just tell them that when the oldest was born, you believed that circ'ing was best, so you had the doctor do it, but that by the time the younger one arrived, you'd learned differently and decided against it.
By the way, do you know yet whether you're having a boy or a girl?
