Does anyone have a good soy based (TVP) or bean based vegetable burger that works on a Foreman Grill? My husband is Type 1 diabetic so we avoid the grain/rice based burgers. Eggs are ok. Any ideas?

There was a thread a couple weeks ago on bean burgers - it had several good ones posted. My display adapter just went nuts so I'm going to mess with that, but a search should turn it up.
