mama's i need some guidance

i am truly 9 weeks(11 by everyone elses weird calendars) pregnant and i have been having slight "pinches" or feelings of pressure right around my pubic bone. i have no blood at all entire pregnancy. are these normal feelings of the uterus growing and everything shifting? or should i be concerned. it is not painfull cramping like my period was but it is different from extreem gas and the other feelings i have been experiencing. it has been happening every 5 minutes or so but not clockwork. what do you say? have you experienced this before?

Is this your first baby?

IME there are TONS of twinges and pinches and ticks and just "feelings" going on down there in the first few weeks. They're all the more noticable when you're looking to feel something, KWIM?

In all honesty, there is nothing you can do right now so when you start to feel worried get a big drink of water, put your feet up, and visualize your happy, healthy baby.

I remember feeling ligament stretching a lot around that time. Just little aches and pinches down in that area, which is all normal.

yes this is my first pregnancy. i am a little on edge because i was at the hot springs alot before i found out i was pregnant and feel a little bit of worry about that. i also was not sure if we could have a baby because Dh and i have had sex for 7 years without any type of contraceptives and never go pregnant. than i got a uterine massage and conceived that night. so i do have some beleifs i need to work on and begain transforming them... like my body does work and i am healthy.

Sounds exactly like my early pregnancy. I think you're just feeling your uterus shifting a little and about to start really expanding. Beautiful!

thank you all for your support. i realize how much this is really happeing, i think it is really hitting me now. i have a little critter growing inside of me! i am so gratefull i have found mothering mag and all of you. we are planning a uc next year in march.
