I didn't get a PM and I need one telling me where to send paypal

Not sure what to do for her DH but I think they can both gain a bit of something from the book. My husband wouldn't touch it, he had to deal with the loss his own way.

Please PM me with the Paypal address. I would like to contribute.
Thanks for organizing this.

quick brainstorm of some gift ideas...

Somthing to plant in the ground (tree/flowering bush/bulbs/plant/seeds)

journal

scrap booking supplies (since this is something she likes to do--might be therapeutic)

armoatherapy bath supplies

Also, I wonder if the women in the grief/loss forum might have some ideas?

My mom has a book called I'll Hold You in Heaven... a Christian book. She said it really helped her when my infant brother died and it's geared for m/c, stillbirth, and infant deaths.

NICOLE- I'd like to contribute in some way, a few dollars towards the baby loss kit or whatever you need. LMK what you still need.

Actually that book in particular seems to focus on how people who have lost children (through m/c, stillbirth, and infant death) should be sympathetic towards women who have had abortions (and does so from a Christian perspective). I am glad it helped your mom and everyone is different, but that isn't a book I would recommend.

Just an update for you mamas on what your money may be going to.So far we have:

Baby Loss Kit form Earth Mama Angel Baby
Journal and pen
book (though I am gonna get another also I think)
SOme small gifts for Ross
Drawing paper and pastels
Some Bath n Body WOrks stuff

And my brain is so fried at this and I am not at home with the list next to me so I cant list the rest.If contributions keep coming...I am going to cut a check for them OR find out if they need a Gift Card to the grocery or something as a necessity.

Thank you all so much-every dollar helps!

Sounds good to me! I think the extra going for a grocery card is a great idea! Thanks for organizing this Nicole!

I'm not sure if she's into art but I know she's an amazing pianist. If you want to throw in some sheet music or a Piano CD or something she'd probably appreciate that, too.

Shoot, I think she'll appreciate anything though. Y'all are awesome for doing this. The board that I post on with her is trying to organize something for her as well. This is just so tragic and heartbreaking.

Ok so here's the deal: I have about $28 left in the donation money-I bought the Kit, a book for Ross and a really cool book with meditations on birth loss for moms and dads.........the kit was $49 w/ship and the books were $21 w/ ship....Thanks mamas-so I think I am going to get them a $25 gift card to a grocery store and then a card w/ all of our names and somethings to make it pretty inside and ship it.
