Need to ID this song

Okay, I have little to no information here, so I'm relying on you psychic mammas to help me out!

It's a fairly new song (I think), it's a duet between a man and a woman. The woman is a very popular, trendy artist, but I can't think of her name. It sounds slightly countryish, but it's played on all the trendy radio stations, not the country ones. One of the chorus lines is "I just called to say come back home", or something like that.

Any ideas? Thanks

AlsoSarah,

I did a Google search under "Mitsubishi Commercial" and found the name and performer.

"Breathe" by Télépopmusik

Oceanbaby,

I haven't heard your song on the radio, but I'll keep listening.

It's not the Marc Antony/ J.Lo song is it? That's not so new...but it did get a lot of airplay and I think that's the general theme...

Sounds like the duet song by Sheryl Crow and Kid Rock called "Picture". Here are the lyrics .

Trish - that was it! Thank you. Dh was laughing at the brief description I gave, sure that no one would know what I was talking about!

Thanks to everyone for your suggestions.

Can I add my song too?
It's from a hyundi (sp?) commercial and has "new accent owner" popping up over the screen. Its from the 80's and has "livin it up" (I think) and "go" in the song. Not much info, sorry, but every time the darn commercial comes on I go crazy!
Thanks for your help!

That Mitsubishi song was used in a Telecom commercial in morocco, which I saw while I was visiting there last fall. It was really weird then when it caught my ear again in the States. kind of freaked me out...

Um, since you're all such great sluths, can you help me with this one? I think it's from '96 or somewhere about - female singer, think she was a solo, not a band, and the chorus went - Kiss me

I can't remember any other dang words b/c the Kiss Me part was so, well, repetative.

It was kinda slow, like a lot of the stuff at the time. Gar. Lousy description!!! But it's driving me crazy that I can't find any other lyrics and can't describe how the melody goes!! It was pretty popular...

thanks!!

ooo, that seems like it. hard to tell w/o the melody. like I said, I don't know all the words, but it seems to flow with the melody as I remember it in my head! I'll see if I can find a sample online.

Thanks!!!

edit: YES! That was it! It's from their title album, Sixpence None the Richer - http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...glance&s=music

Out on the moonlit floor (I thought it was shore) whew!! thanks, you're like Nancy Drew or something

Pfft! Was really easy since I have to listen to the same musak program at work repeatedly for 12 hours a day... This is one of the songs that is usually played 3 maybe 4 times a day

OT: I never realized that a lot of businesses must all subscribe to the exact same musak playlist. Didn't even know it was a real time broadcast. I can call another business on the other side of town or the other side of the country in California and they will have the exact same music playing.. its like stereo while you're waiting on hold I just wish they'd get some better music with some better variety. Sometimes I feel that if I hear that Enya song 'who can say....' one more time I might go mad.

:LOL - I'd kinda noticed that, too. It's a big business
