ARGH. Anyone else have insomnia?!? It's the WORST. I get to sleep fine but wake WIDE awake at 1:00 - I was up from 1 to 4 AM and I was so tired the whole time. THis happens every other night. I also get that uncomfortable restless leg thing. I had that with DD but not until the end - I can't bear the leg thing this entire pregnancy. The thought makes this seem like a very loooooooooong 9 months. Any ideas for natural sleep cures?

Yup, me too. I often wake from 1-3. W/my first, I woke regularly at 1:00 and started watching Law & Order reruns. It got so that when I woke up I would immediately hear the Law & Order theme song in my head!
I have been getting the best night sleeps after doing pregnancy yoga an hour or so before bed. It really helps me relax and helps all the body aches.

I've had the same thing... It was mostly bad when we weren't sleeping at home last week (we were out of state for a family funeral). Kept waking up in the middle of the night, unable to fall back to sleep for a few hours. That's different than my normal insomnia, which is that I have trouble falling asleep. (I still have that mildly, too, but not really terribly, it just takes me awhile to quiet my mind to go to sleep.)
Lavendar seems to help me sleep... I've been rubbing my belly gently with lavendar massage oil (and putting a little bit right under my nose) and it helps a lot.
