Will someone look at my chart and tell me what you think, please?

My chart

Ok, I am new to charting and I started this first chart midway into my "cycle" because that's when I finally found a basal thermometer. I say "cycle" becsaue I don't know if that was a true AF or just weird hormonal breakthrough bleeding. I am still breastfeeding.

Ok, after a month of weird ups and downs, it looks like I finally ovulated on CD35. Yesterday at 7dpo, I had a temp drop, which caused Fertility Friend to decide I hadn't ovulated after all. I discarded the temp, but you can still see where it was. That evening I had some light spotting. Today my temp came up above the coverline again (barely) and I am having heavier spotting. Not enough to get much on a pad at all, but a LOT when wiping.

I guess I am wondering if I could be having an earaly AF or if the temp rise this morning contradicts that. Or if it could be implantation bleeding. Or if I never actually ovulated at all and it is just weird breakthrough bleeding. Any advice?

What meds did you take??? It indicates that you took something, but doesn't say what... I think it is hard to tell, my guess is that it isn't implantation bleeding, but I think that you are going to just have to wait the cycle out to see what the pattern looks like. Have you had a real AF ? how old is your little one and how much does she nurse?

I am also ttc while breastfeeding. What I have noticed overall in my pattern is that it is more jagged than I would like it to be, but is I wait a few days I can see more of a pattern

good luck

I took evening primrose oil and have actually been taking it daily since then, but didn't mark it on the chart.

Yeah, that's kinda what I'm thinking too. I'm a little optimistic that I may have ovulated, because that's the most high temps I've had in over a month and they followed o-pains.

I'm not sure. I had the closest thing to it I've had so far... 4days total--only one of which was at all heavy. But this is not unheard of for me when I am regular, although it is not the norm either. That's why I started charting... So I would be able to tell for sure.

Leo is nine months and he is eating 3 meals of solids a day. He nurses 4 times a day, and once or (rarely) twice at night.

The EPO might be causing the bleeding. It is good for regulating hormones, and it is not uncommon for you to have breakthrough bleeding or AF after taking it. That was my experience with it. Within weeks of starting EPO I spotted, then ovulated, but my luteal phase was only 8 days. I might be confused, but I think that it helps regulate estrogen levels (which are what are necessary for O), and once you O should stop taking them for that cycle. I don't remember clearly though, so hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong. My first charts after AF returned looked alot like yours, but I stopped taking the EPO after that first cycle (I am trying to be patient with my body because I don't want to rush into another pregnancy until my ds and my body is ready) so maybe it can help your cycles become a little more regular in a shorter amount of time.

I don't see any obvious ovulation on your chart. But it looks just like mine did when I started to get my first PP cycle. CM was changing a lot, and the temps were all over the place. My first cycle was 56 days long, with all kinds of ups and downs, but when I finally did O it was really obvious. When I looked back on it, it seemed like you could see me 'trying' to O, but not actually doing it and then kind of backing off for a few days and trying again. I think you are just going to have to wait it out.

Yeah, you're right. A few days after the original post, it is clear that I am still in an annovulatory cycle, although FF thought it detected O for several days there. Got my hopes up.

I can tell my body is trying to O... My temp goes up briefly, I get ewcm, and sometimes even o-pains. But it just ain't happenin' yet.
