Pregnancy glow, my left foot!

I feel guilty complaining because I know I'm lucky to be pregnant and to have no signs of serious complications, but I am getting sick of my left foot swelling up to huge, painful proportions every time I attempt to put it on the floor. How am I supposed to do anything with one foot elevated all the time? I'm also sick of terrible heartburn, although I haven't had any today, thank goodness. My left foot is really bumming me out though.

For me it's the right foot. It doesn't swell that much, but it aches all the time, especially around the ankle. As for the heartburn, I've finally given up and gone on Prevacid. I was waking up with stomach acid coming through my nose, and my throat is so raw I can't sleep. Ick.

Pregnancy woes seem so unfair, don't they?

Starting at about 20w my right foot would swell huge and my left just a little bit! It's so strange! I had to wear close toed shoes for work and my right one would be sooo tight! For some reason about 3 days ago (maybe cooler weather?) my feet stop swelling and my heartburn has gotten way better!? Hope you get some relief!!
