How do you clean your sink brush ?

I regularly run the sink brush that I use to clean dishes in the dishwasher.
Is that suficient you think? Any better ideas? Is there anything wrong with doing that?

Just wanted to see what people do. Other than that I use washcloths so they go in the washer.

mine goes in the dishwasher regularly too and I get a new dishrag every am or more often.

I disinfect my brushes/sponges, etc. with non-chlorine bleach (which is laundry-strength hydrogen peroxide) and occasionally put sponges in the washing machine. I have no dishwasher.
