I'm so glad I make milk!!!!!

Even though it's just a little and I still have to supplement! We have a hurricane headed our way now and I know if we lose electricity or run out of formula or clean water, I can still feed her. I'm so glad I chose not to stop and to keep going. I'm so glad I continued using the SNS so that I get the stimulation to keep making at least SOME milk. I feel good knowing that even if she had to go to 24/7 nursing marathons, and even though she could even lose weight, she would NOT starve to death!!!

Awsome. me too! I cried and stressed and nursed and nursed and used the SNS this time (breast reduction) but gosh darn it, I make milk! Doesn't it feel wonderful? Don't flame me but I wouldn't feel like as much of a mom if I couldn't make milk. It is so important to me.

i wonder a lot about all of those babies who were FF and who's moms didn't have access to clean water, etc., during katrina.
