They were born at home Sunday the 11th!

Byron was 1st and born in the caul at 1:20am. He was 7lb 15oz & 20 3/8" long

Miles was 2nd at 1:35am, he would have been born in the caul also but the midwife tore the bag to help get him out, he got stuck a bit. He was 8lb 2oz and 20 5/8" long.

My labor was only 1.5 hours long & they came out so fast I could not beleive it. I will post more later when I am up for it, I hemoraged kind of a lot and am not able to do much right now so it will be a while. I hope eveyone else is doing well!

Oh my gosh, that's a lot of poundage of babies you were carrying around! Congratulations mama and woo hoo to you for birthing twins at home! You rock! I hope you are feeling better soon and able to enjoy the little ones.

I know I haven't posted much in this ddc, but I have been lurking and waiting for you to give birth since I am just a few days behind you and also planning a twin homebirth. Congratulations!!!! Your babies are such a great size. You're an inspiration!! Take good care of yourself.

CONGRATULATIONS

This deserves special congrats!!! Twin homebirth, what an acheivement! And what big, healthy babies! My sis and I were both over 6lbs. and my mom thought that was big...hehe...can't wait to hear all the details!
