It's only those who deliver in private hospitals who have a 80-90% c-section rate. That's the wealthy. The rate amongst those who deliver through the public health care system is lower, so the overall rate for the country is something like 36%. Anyway, I found it interesting, if anyone else wants to take a look.
Personally, I'll do a lot to avoid having another c-section myself, not that it was through choice. Recovery was not fun.
