C-section Spears Baby

How sad. I read an article that said she "had a c-section to avoid the pain of labor." Think of all the young girls who will read that and be influenced. I am so depressed....

I believe that money should not beable to buy some things. Also maybe it will be a painfull recovery since she wan't to open a can of worms for young girls. Sorry if that sounds hatefull.

no you aren't.

may motherhood be a wonderful and transforming adventure for her....

gee, it's so surprising that the natural birth movement and nfl/ap movements remain such a fringe element. What new mom wouldn't want to join such a warm, supportive, gentle community?

I'm saddened by her apparent attitude towards birth, and I'm concerned about the effect this could have on impressionable young women. The truth is that we don't know if she had a valid medical reason for the c/s that she didn't want to share with the general public.

I'm glad that she and the baby are healthy.

i don't think young girls are spending time wondering how brit gave birth.

Thank you. The title of this thread is so disturbing. This is a child, a new life and the beginning of a new family and the best that people can do is rag on the woman for having a c-section? Yes, she is rich and pretty and some would say talented, I'm not seeing how any of that gives anyone the right or reason to jump atop their high holy horse of birthing perfection and spit down on those who don't meet your standards of greatness.

ooooops, don't do it again.
is it okay to call gwb names?

Honestly, a

scheduled c-section for no good reason=bad

celebrity=public gets to discuss your choices

what is the problem?

Her body, her choice, but is anyone else curious about where all that kabalah water went?
it is against the ua to call anyone, even if they are indistinguishable from a smirking chimp, a name.

I don't get the fascination. Apparently this girl is responsible for a whole lotta shit. I guess its her fault teen girls are getting pregnant, cause she's so whorey you know. And now its her fault that all these impressionable young ladies are gonna run out and get themselves Csections, because if Britney does it, it is obviously the "cool" thing to do. Shame. on. her.
