packing bags/ pre cooked foods

Thread Starter
I am packing my bag for the birthing center since I am 36 weeks and a day or so. Anyway on the list is precooked foods to eat. I have packed some granola bars for energy but what kind of food is good to bring? Any ideas?

juices and broths.
My midwife said grapes are popular among her laboring moms because they are sweet and give you a bit of juice with each bite.

I took grapes, popsicles, cranberry juice cocktail (of which I drank a TON), eggs and bagels for my support team, and a quiche for a high-protein meal after the birth.

That quiche sounds like a great idea!
