hello ladies, I am working on giving up dairy because lil' man seems to have a definite allergy(I will be posting an intro) anywho, it seems I am getting these huge massive headaches. Is this all in my head (pun intended), or is staying away from the dairy causing this? I do know that my intake of sugar is down a lot and the very little bit of processed foods I was eating is out, so maybe it is that. Also, I notice when I do eat it that I feel sick later, I hadn't really noticed that before. I am also feeling totally grumpy!!! Has anyone else gone through this?
