Logan Shaun was born last night at 10:22 p.m. in our home, a successful VBAC, after about 8.5 hours of hard labor!! He weighed 8 pounds 1 ounce & was 19.5 inches long. He's soooo sweet & we're totally in love! He was born in the caul, which I've heard is not too common. I'll post a birth story soon.

Woo-hoo VBAC Birthin Mama!!!! Congratulations! And Welcome Baby Logan! I think having a baby born in the caul sounds so cool. I think it is supposed to be a sign of good luck in some cultures.

Born in the caul is where your bag of waters is still intact when baby is born.
