September 6 at 2:19 am. he weighed 9 lbs 6 ozs which shocked us all b/c my dtr was 7 lbs exactly!!! let me tell ya he was a bit harder to push out BUT i had no tearing or stitches so i guess i am just built to birth babies!!! it was intense but went quickly once labour started for real. my dtr likes to tell people that i said "ouch, ouch ouch" when the baby came out.
i had some real problems with starting nursing b/c he is tongue tied and i got very feverish from the engorgement but we made it through and are doing much better now. he weighed 9 lbs 7 ozs on wednesday this week so i relaxed and stopped worrying he wasnt getting enough to eat.
sorry i have fallen behind on congrats to the other momma's. i have been reading about your births and been lacking the energy to send best wishes. i will try and catch up!!
