Two diapers I made this afternoon

Finally, I have my serger figured out. I busted out these two side snapping fitteds this afternoon. They are both cotton knit outer, two layer of hemp fleece for the body, and a snap in microfleece topped soaker.

These are the first serged fitteds that I have made that I actually like. These are for my nephew Aiden who was born last month.
dinosaur fitted outer
dinosaur fitted inner
construction fitted outer
construction fitted inner

those look awesome! good enough to sell is that they VB fitted pattern? Im makingabout 16 of them right now and NONE look as good as yours!

They are the VB fitted pattern. I made a bunch of nb ones and they all looked horrible. It took making about 20 of them to get to this point and I still have some slight issues.

I tweaked the pattern just a bit through the crotch and used the blind method to sew the elastic. I didn't like the elastic sewn through just one layer.

This pattern is so easy once you've made a ton. Thanks for the compliments!

I did the same exact things!! :LOL On the VB AIO and fitted patterns!
I LOVE the ease of the VB patterns and I made 3 of them last night and today I made another one and Im really happy w/ them!

I have a 14 yo Bernina 2000D that I purchased used. At first it made me crazy. We are now getting along much better.

When I first decided to get a serger I bought one from Sears and I had a really hard time figuring it out. I'm sure that if it would have been easier to thread I would have liked it. My Bernina is really simple.
