So, we went out for Indian food, and as usual, I ate too much. (But it was so good!) Now, I'm having heartburn. This hardly ever happens to me, in fact I can't remember the last time I had heartburn. I'm sure it's because I'm pregnant, and these things happen. Normally, I eat some fennel seeds or papaya tablets, and all is well. But I'm out. And all we have is Pepcid. Mainstream sources say it's ok, esp if it's a one time thing. (Like, I don't take them every day). But, mainstream sources also say formula is as good as breastfeeding. So, my esophogaus would like some relief, but my brain is wanting to make sure the baby will be ok. What would you do?
