introduce foods over??

has anyone started over with there toddlers? our pediatrician never taught us how to introduce foods to our son and i had no idea, no family around no friends with kids. so, i feel i need to re-introduce starting from scratch. what is the safest way to do that with out causing him chemical imbalances? he still nurses like a champ and he is 18 months now. i know he has dairy issues but i think that peanuts cause him to be constipated (peanut butter i am not giving him peanuts whole). i also dont like giving him soy.

so has anyone done this? can someone teach me how or is there a good book to go by?? thanks

Any kind of peanut (or any other nut) should be introduced after the age of 3, this is for allergic or non-allergic children. La Leche League has good information regarding the introduction of solids.
