Quercetin should completely stop all your seasonal allergies. I've read that it always works - and that if it isn't working for you then you're not taking enough.
Pycnogenol will help heal your body's boundary systems (allergies are basically a sign that the body's boundary systems are compromised). It's basically just a wonderful antioxidant, with no side effects whatsoever. It's just ground pine bark.
Both of these should not only be very safe to take during pregnancy, but beneficial. Of course, just to be very safe, please check with your doctor.
A great book to read on how to heal allergies and sensitivities is "Allergy Free".
Also, I hope that you are taking probiotics. If you have seasonal allergies, then you probably have other allergies and sensitivities that you don't even know about, and you can pass them onto your baby. The first sign that you may see, if that is the case, will be eczema. One way to give your unborn child some protection from this is to take probiotics now, and all the while that you are breastfeeding.
Also, since you do have seasonal allergies, and allergies are a sign of some degree of immune suppression, please consider refraining from vaccinating your little one. Vaccines are strong immune suppressors, and if there is some immune suppression going on already, they can really mess up an immune system.
I hope some of this helps, and please let me know if you have any questions.
