so how are all the new mamas and babies doing?

we are doing pretty well here, all things considered, but I am wondering about everyone out there? how are you & your babes doing?

Dakota is getting so big, nursing like a champ and providing me with much comfort. she even smiles back at you now, it just melts my heart ds seems to be in love with her too, but being a toddler he gets rough and doesn't know any better. I hope to post a pic soon. I am feeling good, just tired for the most part. I've finally stopped bleeding and am all healed from my tear thankfully.

Henry is just starting to really smile (and squeal) too, and it melts my heart! He's big for his age (14 pounds at not quite eight weeks) and very healthy. We're so lucky.

We're doing well. I didn't realize just quite how thin I'd be stretched with a newborn and a 15 month old. I've learned that Mommy's needs come in last place

My husband works from 5pm-5am and that definitely makes for a crazy night/morning.

As for how I/we are doing, we are doing great, but also quite swamped with three children now. Yes, mama's needs come last, but I have got to figure out how to make them a priority, as I am much to tired and short with my boys...
