Hmmm... have'nt thought about it as I am not exactly in a position to imbibe and really party ....

We live a couple blocks from the Space Needle, and they do fireworks every year, so we may just stand on the sidewalk and watch the fireworks and have a nice dinner.

Oh, we could have sex, too! That would be fun (as fun as it gets at 20 weeks)...

We are going to stay overnight in NYC with the baby! Order room service in and ring in the New Year in style. We can't wait!

Now that sounds like a great New Years!

Last year ds was 2 months old so we were asleep by 11pm. I have no idea what we are doing this this year.

Usually sleep.

A few years back a friend of ours ran the midnight marathon in Central Park (NYC) on New Years, so we'd go to the starting line (by Tavern on the Green) around 11:30 or so. Fireworks at midnight. Fun.

Except, of course, I'd spend the fireworks worrying about my poor cats a few blocks away, knowing that they were panicking from the noise.

If we're not in labor, we are going to babysit for friends...ahh excitment! (Well, the labor would be!)
