From what I hear there is sperm in "pre-cum" the lubricating fluids that come out before ejaculation. Sorry if that was too graphic.

I don't know if this is universal, but obviously quite possable.

Didn't happen to me, but it did to my mom. Didn't really want to know *that* detail about her sex life. At the time she was 42, I was 22 (and THRILLED that it wasn't me), little bro is now 7.
