I am really trying to get the protein grams and calories in but can't seem to stomach so much food. I've NEVER had trouble eating before. I've never been really overweight, but never really skinny either. At 17 weeks I was up 13 pounds which seems pretty good. But according to Barbara Luke's book I am failing miserably in terms of calories and protein. (I'm vegetarian so it is hard work getting the protein in) My midwife isn't worried - just says eat to appetite. But I want big healthy babies!
